Yes. The wood stains we use are non-toxic and lead-free.
How long does it take to receive a puzzle?
We have an extensive inventory on hand for quick delivery. If you request a very special name, we ask for 2-3 weeks to make and mail it to you.
Can you make any name?
We can make any name up as long as the finished puzzle is not over 19” long.
Can you replace pieces the dog chewed up?
Sure. Since each puzzle is individually cut, you will need to mail us the entire puzzle so we can perfectly fit a new piece. Include $5 for return postage and handling.
